Above and Beyond

I am writing to express my sincere thanks to Mr. Bill Jackson for his help and assistance on Friday Morning when I arrived home very ill. Mr. Jackson was just leaving my home when a co-worker dropped me off in front of our house and proceeded to helper_bill drive away. I was experiencing a severe dizzy spell at the backside of Mr. Jackson's truck and he rushed to help me into the house.

As we entered the house, I slipped out of his arms onto the floor. My son was at home and Mr. Jackson upon seeing how upset my son was would not leave us alone and asked Raymond to call my husband. My husband told Raymond to call our daughter who has medical training. It was only when our daughter had assured Mr. Jackson that she would take care of me that he felt he could leave to return to his job. I could hear the conversation going on but I was too weak to respond.

Mr. Jackson could have driven away as my co-worker had done, but he stayed to be there when my son and I needed him. There are not enough words to express my sincere thanks for all he did for us, but believe me, we sure do appreciate everything he did. I ask God to give him a special blessing.

Going The Extra Mile...

I had 5 estimates to upgrade my A/C compressor, condenser & coil. Tim Crouch from Ray French was the only salesperson who did not immediately try to sell me a complete system. My air handler and furnace are relatively new and all the other companies wanted to remove and replace the entire system. Tim presented me many options, including removal and replacement of everything, but he was willing to entertain the possibility of replacing the evaporator coil, condenser/compressor and leaving in place the air handler and furnace, both of which function well and are sufficient to handle the load of heating and cooling the house efficiently. Furthermore, Tim was the only representative who went into the attic to inspect the ductwork, and explained every aspect of the job in detail to my satisfaction.

His technicians did a wonderful job on the install of the new equipment and were prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional. I will not hesitate to recommend Ray French to any of my friends who need A/C or heat service at home or in a commercial setting.
